Do we still need paper RSVP cards if we have an RSVP website?
Not necessarily, though it's worth thinking about your guest list - older or less tech-savvy relatives sometimes prefer having something physical. You can print QR codes for your invites from your invites page, so those guests still get a card in hand. You choose what happens when they scan it - straight into the portal, code pre-filled ready to confirm, or just to the entry page - whichever suits your guest list best.
Can we see who hasn't responded yet?
Yes. Your dashboard shows RSVP status per guest, split by ceremony and evening if you're running separate invites for each, so you can see at a glance who's confirmed and who you still need to chase.
How do guests who aren't comfortable online RSVP?
The RSVP flow is deliberately simple - a guest opens their invite, enters their private code, and taps to confirm. No account, no app, no password. For guests who are genuinely uncomfortable with any digital process, you can always take their response by phone or in person and add it to their guest record yourself.
Can guests note dietary requirements and allergies when they RSVP?
