• User Information: Names of the couple, wedding day details such as location, date and time, menu information, and their list of guests.
• Guest Information: Names, email addresses, allergy information, and selected menu options.
• Usage Data: We do not collect IP addresses, browser types, or device details.
• Cookies and Tracking: We collect only the minimal cookies necessary to run the App. We do not track user activity.
• User Feedback: We collect user feedback to improve our App. This information is kept anonymously and retained for ongoing internal improvement processes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide our service and to continue internal improvements
• Allow users to build and manage their wedding guest lists
• Process RSVPs and communicate with users and their guests
• Ensure security and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Retention and Deletion

All user and guest information will be automatically deleted either one month after the wedding date provided by the user or one month after their service is set to end.

Users may also request manual deletion of their data before this period by contacting us. Similarly, if the user requests a copy of their raw data, this can be provided with any reference to our intelectual property removed

We do not sell or rent personal information. When absolutely necessary, we may share data with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our App
• Legal authorities if required by law

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password secure, not using the same password for anywhere else.
